The terms that govern access to ToAPIs services, billing, usage, and account responsibilities.

ToAPIs is an enterprise AI API gateway that provides a unified OpenAI-compatible interface to GPT, Claude, Gemini, and other AI models. We provide:
Unified API access to multiple AI providers.
Usage-based Token billing.
API Key management, usage logs, and analytics.
Enterprise availability commitments, including a 99.9% SLA where applicable.
You must register an account to use the service. You agree to:
Provide truthful and accurate registration information.
Protect your account, API Keys, and password.
Notify us promptly when you discover suspicious account activity.
Register only one primary account per individual, unless an additional business account is approved.
You agree not to use the service for:
Activities that violate applicable laws or regulations.
Generating or distributing illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or harassing content.
Attacking, accessing, or disrupting systems or networks without authorization.
Reselling API access, unless covered by a separate business agreement.
Any activity that could harm the stability or security of the service.
Violations may result in account suspension or termination without a refund of the remaining balance.
The service uses a prepaid billing model:
Charges are based on actual Token usage, with no subscription fee.
Top-up balances do not expire and are refunded when an account is closed, less applicable processing fees.
Prices may change. We will provide notice in the console at least 7 days in advance where applicable.
Balances are not refunded for accounts suspended or terminated for violations.
The ToAPIs platform, trademarks, interface design, and related intellectual property belong to ToAPIs. Content you generate through the API belongs to you, subject to your responsibility to ensure that its use is lawful and compliant.
ToAPIs provides the service "as is" and is not responsible for:
The accuracy, legality, or suitability of content generated by AI models.
Unavailability caused by interruptions at upstream AI providers.
Losses caused by your violation of these Terms or applicable rules.
Indirect or consequential losses exceeding the amount you have topped up.
We reserve the right, with advance notice where applicable, to:
Modify, suspend, or terminate part or all of the service.
Restrict or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Update these Terms, with 30 days' advance notice for material changes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. The parties should first attempt to resolve disputes through friendly consultation. If consultation fails, the dispute will be submitted to a court with appropriate jurisdiction.
